Sugar Cube Cabin & Gallery
Snug Cove
461 Bowen Trunk Road
Bowen Island BC V0N 1G0
Bowen Island is isolated from the hustle and bustle of city life but highly accessible from, and close to, Vancouver. The Cabin can be reached by public transit in a little over an hour from central Vancouver, or by water taxi from Granville Island (downtown Vancouver) in about 30 minutes. From Horseshoe Bay there are regular ferry crossings throughout the day and there’s a late-night / early-morning water taxi.
From the dock in Snug Cove head up the hill, past the library on your right and past stores & restaurants on your left. The Cabin is on your left behind a tall, dark fence with peek-a-boo holes and under some mighty tall trees. If you see the General Store and a parking lot on your left you’ve gone too far. From the dock it’s about a 5 minute walk.
